2. Orders

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are subject to change.

When you place an order to purchase a product from healingoils.org, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

3. Availability and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that products displayed on our website are available for purchase and are accurately priced but sometimes despite our best efforts, there may be a mispriced product. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. Individual product prices include VAT at 17.5%. Delivery is not included.

4. Payment

We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. If you have paid by cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund cheque for the correct amount.

We accept any of the following methods of payment:

For PayPal online payment only, using credit or debit card see payment page. Cheques/PO made payable to Healing Oils, and sent by post to Healing Oils, 50 Culver Road, Saltash, Cornwall. PL12 4DT. Do not send cash.

Your order will not be dispatched until we have received confirmation of receipt of funds. If your payment issuer refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if funds are not adequate; you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery/Shipping

Delivery of your order is subject to an additional charge and is dependant on the goods ordered. For information on methods of delivery please see our ordering page or contact us to arrange specific requirements. For our purposes the UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For Western European & International destinations please contact healingoils.org via our contact page for more details. Depending on the shipping location we may be obligated to collect taxes on both the price of an item and shipping/handling charges. We will do our best to inform you of such charges.

Goods will only be dispatched to the address of the payment provided, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns

We will exchange any faulty goods if notified within seven days of receipt. The goods must be in saleable condition and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. No refund is given on opened goods.

By law, customers located in the European Union, have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information on your statutory rights please see www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.

7. Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
